Satellite is a vase made of tinted blown glass and a stainless steel metal mesh. It is a reflection on materials and their mutual influences.
The project revolves around the manufacturing process and its materialization through an object, highlighting a " savoir faire".

The melting temperature of the glass allows, once it comes into contact with the metal, to change its colour. While the blown glass comes to embrace the metallic structure and is contained in this weft, imitating the pouring of water into the vase.

Each piece is unique and designed in close collaboration with glass-blowing artisans in Interlaken - Niesenglass Switzerland.
